Karen grew up in the restaurant business: both her parents and grand-parents were restaurateurs. With this background, she naturally developed a passion for cooking and entertaining. “I started out cooking and planning special occasions for family and friends and it was them who encouraged me to turn my passion into a business.” It is this passion for entertaining that Karen brings to each of Mai Oui! Gourmet’s catering engagements such as Wedding Catering and Corporate Event Catering.
